OUR PROCESS
By speaking with one of our Mortgage Advisors, you will be talking with an expert who can help you find the best type of loan to accomplish your goals.
Determine your goals and create a list of “Wants” and “Needs” that will be used to structure your custom-tailored loan.
You can choose from fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, jumbo loans, government loans, and non-QM; we have the perfect loan to meet your needs.
We then collect documentation to support the initial application and submit it to the underwriter for initial approval.
Once the loan is approved, we will collect outstanding conditions, an appraisal (if needed) and clear title. We can then submit it back to underwriting for final approval.
Upon final approval, we will schedule your loan signing appointment at a convenient time for you.
According to the settlement statement, all monies are disbursed when the loan funds.
