THE REVIVALISTS

Alicia Hilton, Chief Culture Officer

Alicia Hilton, Chief Culture Officer and co-owner of Revival Lending is a Peruvian-born creative, passionate about getting people excited about transformation, growth, and living fulfilled.

She believes culture is the heart of a company. A heart that empowers people, delivers superior customer experience, and maximizes growth for all. She explains that culture is rooted in the combination of values, character, personality, habits, goals, mission, and purpose. Her approach to cultivating healthy cultures begins by being intentional about living out values internally and externally. “Our culture framework informs everything we do from internal communication to branding, to vision. It’s reflected across all platforms.” Alicia merges values-focused leadership with results-driven management, combining both mission and metrics. “Ultimately, we must be focused on increasing numbers and values in equal measure.”

Before Revival Lending, Alicia spent 30 years expressing her multi-passionate-entrepreneurial spirit building three companies; training and coaching within corporate, church, and entrepreneurial spaces, inspiring hundreds of leaders to transform to greatness. A background in corporate training and organizational behavior, she dedicated eight years working for a Fortune 100 company that provided compelling insights into the human spirit and what it takes to excel and succeed in business and life. She believes faith, EQ, and mindset are foundational to emotional health and living empowered.

As a Peruvian immigrant, fluent in Spanish, she seeks to inspire Latina women to consider the mortgage industry as a means for financial independence, real estate investing, and financial literacy.

An advocate for freedom, she is actively involved in fighting against human trafficking and served on the board for Refuge For Women So Cal, a residential healing and recovery program for survivors.

She is happiest around Tyson, her husband of 24 years, her 21 year old daughter Brizelle and Mercury their cat.
