Alicia Hilton, co-owner of Revival Lending is a Peruvian-born creative, passionate about transformation, growth, and living fulfilled. She believes culture is the heart of Revival Lending. "Cultivating a healthy culture begins by living out our values internally and externally. It's an intentional expression of values, character, personality, habits, goals, mission, and purpose. Our culture framework informs everything we do from internal communication to branding, to vision. It's reflected across all platforms." She merges values-focused leadership with results-driven management, combining both mission and metrics. "Ultimately, we focus on increasing numbers and values in equal measure."
Four decades dedicated to corporate management, leadership development, and personal consulting, has provided Alicia with profound insights into the human spirit, and what it takes to excel and succeed in business and life. Inspiring hundreds of leaders to experience transformative growth, she believes faith, emotional intelligence, and mindset form the foundation for success, growth, and empowered living.
An advocate for freedom, she is actively involved in the fight against human trafficking and served on the board for Refuge For Women So Cal, a residential healing and recovery program for survivors.
She is happiest around Tyson, her husband of 25 years, her 23 year old daughter Brizelle and Mercury their cat.
