Rob Velarde, VP of Operations at Revival Lending is responsible for the oversight and management of operations as it relates to loan origination and vendor management. He is tasked with integrating a scalable platform that will support national expansion and growth efforts, helping to create the industry's best and most efficient mortgage operations team.
With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry he brings a diversity of expertise leading teams in both sales and operations. He has been responsible for providing leadership to a team of 20 loan officers and managing a monthly volume of $27 million dollars.
His greatest strength lies in his thorough understanding of guidelines, regulations and laws that affect lending practices. His expertise in this area is unmatched. It has resulted in being known as “The waking guideline expert.” His drive to stay on top of how mortgage lending is evolving, new product availability, and maximizing efficiencies and growth, ensures Revival Lending is an industry leader.
